The house has been refurbished.  Its facilities include:  

• Two sitting rooms, one with an open fire and the other with a wood-burning stove 
• A third small sitting area with DVD and CD players and a large collection of books and DVDs.
  
• Indoor and outdoor games.
• A large, fully-equipped dining kitchen with refectory table
• Two double bedrooms and two further bedrooms, each with bunk beds 
• A fifth ground floor bedroom and cot, if required
• Two bathrooms
• Dishwasher, with a 'fridge-freezer and washing machine in a separate utility room.
